I checked my husband in online and was told there was a 23 minute wait. Within a few minutes, I received a text that his stylist would be available in approximately 10 minutes. We proceeded to the store, only to find the store CLOSED. I understand that it’s New Year’s Day and businesses are closed, but why did the website give me a wait time AND text me? If the store is closed, the online check in needs to be closed as well!
